6:00-6:05: Welcome- Let’s Get Comfortable 

We’re going to focus on business first, then spend the majority of the meeting with check-ins and finding out where businesses need the most help! This is when you’ll introduce yourself!

• Secretary: Meeting Minutes: No Meeting in March. Approve/Amend Feb 18 Meeting Minutes

• Treasurer: Finances:  Bank Account established at Wells Fargo  Current Balance: 

• • All membership dues are processed through the website now. NO MORE PAYPAL! 

  • Includes the $5000 Atlanta Main Street stipend. $1100 spent on Mobilize Main Street

• IN PROCESS: 501 c(6) paperwork. Incorporation complete! 

• EABA meetings will be virtual until further notice!
