About EABA

East Atlanta Business Association is a volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to unifying the business voice in East Atlanta, Georgia. 

The 2019 Reboot began in May after a 3 month discovery process that sparked a volunteer board of directors.

Currently establishing the foundation of the organization and entering our 2nd year to focus on planning  a cohesive, connected business voice in East Atlanta!

Membership

All East Atlanta businesses, operating as storefront or home based, located within the boundaries of the neighborhood are invited to join EABA as full voting members. 

Businesses located outside of East Atlanta are Affiliate members without voting rights. 

  • Membership is paid annually.
  • Renewals are based on join date. 
  • All applications and payment are online. 
  • Members are automatically listed in the directory once application is approved and paid.

Benefits are directly related to the amount YOU GET INVOLVED! 

Connection: Members connect with other East Atlanta business owners through monthly networking, referrals, events and community concerns that impact your business.  EABA connects members with resources and information specific to doing business in East Atlanta. 

Promotion: All EABA members will receive social media posts and shout outs that recognize your support of the organization, event and business.  Members can participate in EABA produced events. 

Advocacy:  Your membership is your voice and vote!   EABA strives towards a unified business voice to support a strategic work plan to be implemented by a volunteer board of directors to advocate on behalf of EABA members.  EABA advocates with City of Atlanta, State and other government agencies. 

EABA Boundaries

East Atlanta Business  Association boundaries are the same as the East Atlanta Community Association Boundaries. These current boundaries are adhered by for NPU-W and the City of Atlanta planning purposes.

  • West: Moreland Avenue, north to I-20
  • North: I-20 to Flat Shoals Road, where the border will go east of I-20 to include that portion of the City of Atlanta east of I-20
  • East: Fayetteville Road to Eastland Road and its intersection with Moreland Avenue.
