We are so fortunate to have a dedicated case manager through Intown Care's pilot program in EAV. As a reminder to all, Michael has provided a little clarification on how and when he is available.
A note from EAV's Intown Cares Case Manager, Michael Nolan:
"My actual working hours flex some, but as a rule I am available between 7am and 6pm Monday through Friday.
This is a general breakdown of my standard work week:
Mondays: Client appointments, admin work, street outreach
Tuesdays: 9a-12p open office hours, street outreach in the afternoon
Wednesdays: 10a-12p Mercy Care clinic in my office
Thursdays: Client appointments, admin work, street outreach
Fridays: 9a-12p open office hours
If you want to see me or refer someone to come see me at my office (488 Moreland Ave SE), Tuesday and Friday mornings are when that is most easily able to happen. If you would like to make an appointment to talk, you can call or text 943-213-7510 anytime 24/7. If I am not immediately available when you call or text, it is because I am working with someone. Voicemails and texts are responded to within 48 business hours (if a response is required), but that doesn't mean I am not already working on the situation.
I don't take referrals or discuss work via social media because it is important for me to be able to keep solid records and that is impossible when communication is happening all over the place. If you would like my email address to communicate that way, send a text and I'll be happy to provide it."

Counselor Michael Nolan spends 40 hours a week on the ground making connections with unhoused residents and helping them get a roof over their heads."
